Lack of sleep leads to anxiety

Lack of sleep can lead to anxiety, according to a U.S. study that highlights the special relationship between sleep and emotional hyperactivity disorder, according to lefigaro.fr. Lack of sleep contributes to the emergence of anxiety.

 How much do we need sleep to be healthy? 

Several studies presented in June at the congress organized by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, analyzed the mechanisms by which a lack of sleep affects the body's level of anxiety.

This anxiety is not necessarily negative, however, it helps to prepare for dangerous situations. This is a survival mechanism. But when it is amplified and converted into hyperactivity, it becomes negative, and is characterized by severe stress and anxiety.

The problem of lack of sleep is not limited to the United States, it has become one of the public health problem in Europe. Although the French are far from the American record, they sleep an average of 6 hours, and 45 minutes, compared to 6 hours for the Americans, the "quota" of sleep is inadequate in terms of average daily requirement of sleep, it is estimated that 7 to 8 hours
