The Benefit of Eating Garlic

No #1, Anti-cancer
Overseas study found that sulfur compounds in garlic can promote bowel  to produce an enzyme or hormone substances called garlic smell, by enhancing the immune capacity, blocking the formation of lipid peroxidation and anti-mutagenic and several other means to remove the intestines substance induced intestinal cancer risk. However, at present no legal theory exactly how many such enzymes needed to produce in order to effectively play the anti-tumor effect of garlic.
In addition, the trace element selenium in garlic also have some anti-tumor effect.

3) Reduce blood viscosity - multiple studies shown that smoking and alcohol abuse, causes blood viscosity increased significantly, but if while eating raw garlic, it will partially offset this negative effect.
 
4) Lower blood pressure in mild hypertensive patients - eating several cloves of garlic for half a month  show that it help lowering blood pressure  in patients with hypertension. In addition, regular consumption of raw garlic in hypertensive patients for 3 month, may also help lower blood pressure.
